    Please select the 'Buy it Now' option above and we will e-mail you our mailing address where to ship your defective unit. Once we receive it we will give it a free evaluation as not all controllers are repairable or worth repairing if your controller is not repairable we will ship it back and refund 100% of your payment, rush repairs can be done but you must contact us first.

    Steps to be taken....
    1) Click the buy it now above and pay the payment (one for each CPU)
    2) We will email you our shipping address (or you can call) ship the failed CPU to us
    3) We will contact you with the results from the free evaluation, if the CPU cannot be repaired we will ship it back to you and refund 100% of your payment, the only money you are out is the shipping cost to us.
    4) After its repaired we will ship the CPU back to you and you have 1 year if you have any issues (other than programming), we will fix any issues for free

    You can also send us the item for the free evaluation then make the payment after the repair, but you still will need to contact us prior to shipping it to us.
