PLC, CPU and HMI Repairs, our repairs come with a 12 month warranty Please select the 'Add To Cart' option above and we will e-mail you our mailing address where to ship your defective unit or you can also send us the item for the free evaluation first, then make the payment after the repair is done, but you still will need to contact us prior to shipping so we can make up the work order.
Once we receive it we will give it a free evaluation as not all controllers are repairable or worth repairing if your controller is not repairable we will ship it back and refund 100% of your payment, rush repairs can be done but you must contact us first.
Steps to be taken....
1) Click the Add to Cart button above and pay the payment (one for each CPU/PanelView).
2) We will email you our shipping address (or you can call/send email) then ship the failed item to us.
3) We will contact you with the results from the free evaluation, if the CPU/HMI cannot be repaired we will ship it back to you and refund 100% of your payment, the only money you are out is the shipping cost to us.
4) After its repaired we will ship the CPU back to you and you have 1 year if you have any issues (other than programming), we will fix any issues for free
