Orders placed before 1:00 pm eastern will ship the same day for UPS (not bulk orders) USPS orders placed before 9am ship the same day... orders after that will be shipped the next business day.
Looking for a quote? add the items to your cart and select "Quotation" at the end of checkout and a quote will be emailed to you.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International are responsible for all custom duties (taxes) and shipping charges, International orders will be shipped UPS Express Saver (2-4 days)
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We ship UPS and USPS domestic and international, we will choose the best option or you can ask what options are available
We ship most orders the next business day, if you need overnight shipping please call first, we can ship most orders the same day if ordered before 1PM EST for overnight only, standard shipping will be shipped the next business day.
Free shipping on orders will be shipped USPS, some orders will be shipped UPS Ground, overnight will be shipped UPS Air.
Tracking numbers will be given on all orders and will be emailed to the email provided
We cannot ship on your UPS or DHL account
Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day, trainers and bulk orders may take a little longer

Payments
We take PO’s (net 30) from approved domestic schools and businesses, we also take credit cards or PayPal, payment must be paid in full prior to shipping, eChecks must clear before shipping.
International orders must use PayPal only, paypal does also take credit cards
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. If the product is factory sealed by the manufacture (ie. Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc) then it needs to be returned in the factory sealed box for a refund. You must contact us before returning any item.
Our communication cables have a limited lifetime replacement, buyer pays shipping if the sale was more than 90 days prior to failure, contact us for details.
You should expect to receive your refund within two days of giving receiving your item back.

We can ship just about anywhere in the world, for shipping cost add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout, there you can calculate your shipping cost, international is done via UPS and takes just a few days to most places
